Another batch of bug fixes:
* fixed application crashing after start on Android 4.1 - 4.4
* fixed invalid set being displayed during workout i.e. "Set 1/X" (only occur if set was copied from another, if you still observe it please change the order of the first set in the affected exercise, from 1st ->2nd and then from 2nd -> 1st again, this should fix the problem)
* fixed sporadic crashes during workout
