Galaxy S5 Bootanimation for CM12 Theme Chooser

How to?

Make sure you installed latest CM12/CM12.1

Download the theme, go to Settings => Themes = > Boot Animations

Find Galaxy S5 Bootanimation and click it.

Select check box and hit update

Reboot twice. Done!
