Fixed many border collision issues and greatly increased accuracy when selecting regions.

Added a new visual indicator to show whether the region selected was correct or incorrect. The camera will also now move to the location of the correct answer.

Added restart and main menu buttons to the pause menu.

Increased starting zoom level on all maps to a more reasonable setting.

Updated the how to play instructions.

Reorganized the region select menu.
