Added the transition screen to help out existing and new users for a smooth transition to new app ("Hubble Connect for Verve Life") for enjoying the product and services.
Please Note : The current app Hubble Connect for Motorola will still continue to work for existing and new users. Its just we want our users to enjoy more efficient app with more advanced features and services so we requesting for the transition.
