IHC Report Form

IHC Report Form is a tool to engage public’s participation in reporting of illegal and harmful information found on the Internet. You can easily report the information using this app to Internet Hotline Center Japan (IHC), simply by choosing the classification of illegal/harmful, copying and pasting the URL in the field.

The IHC is an Internet Hotline for the public in Japan which started the operation on June 1st 2006. We receive reports anonymously from the public, and provide illegal and harmful information to the National Police Agency. We also request deletion of illegal and harmful information from website administrators and/or ISPs. The IHC is a full member of INHOPE which is an international network of the Internet Hotlines.
