Lighthouse Lens connects apprentices, employers and providers, giving tutors and assessors visibility of individual apprentice and learner performance, employer review outcomes, evidence logs and achievement of competencies to supports skills gap analysis. Providers can schedule apprentice reviews and receive reminders and overdue alerts.
