Lowcountry Local First's mobile app features an interactive, searchable local business directory of more than 600 businesses in the Charleston, SC area. Browse by category or map format to find ways to support the local economy and its people. Find out about upcoming events and learn more about current programming offered. Users are also invited to take the Eat Local (April) or Buy Local Challenges (Nov-Dec) as an individual or team and interact with other locals along the way.

Lowcountry Local First is a nonprofit based in Charleston, SC that advocates for local, independent businesses and is a resource for the community members they serve. We’re working to create jobs and grow the Lowcountry economy by empowering local makers, growers and service providers.
