Added a Welcome Back rewards for players returning to the game.
Added some new notifications to inform players of weekly and monthly rewards.

*Changes*
The daily reward has been changed, now provides 30 new rewards with chests, cards, gold and even Heroic Cards.

*Fixes*
Fixed the level icon aura on the map.
Fixed an issue with targeting cards depending on the abilities that they have.
