Improvements to tasks and fixes for notifications and route updates.

Improvements
- Tasks now show the route name instead of route ID, making it easier to match what you see with what dispatchers see on the web.
- Documents that require scanning now automatically open the camera in scanning mode.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the "Route changed" dialog would not close after tapping Confirm.
- Fixed an issue where notifications were delivered silently
