BUGFIXES.
[MEMORY LEAK AND BLANK PROVINCES]
I'm still working on the trade+resources+jobs. Unfortunately, a game breaking bug has been popping up.
Clicking on your province on mobile would sometimes render a blank province.
It is now fixed.
Other bugfixes:
- Information on Energy production would not add up.
- Area worked per province showed: -1.
- Splitting a navy would be subject to the same limits as armies.
- Effects sometimes didn't show correctly on the ideology page.
