La aplicación de administración municipal es una aplicación móvil de back-end para oficiales.
Municipal Administration App is a backend mobile application for officers who are working in a municipality office / corporation office where our virtual control room app like My Clean City is being adapted.
Note: this mobile application is useful only for those municipality / municipal corporations where our front end app is adapted. This app alone does not do any activity.
How it works:
When citizens lodge complaints about the problems related to roads
a) pot –holes
b) broken roads
c) damaged or unmanaged street lamps
d) damaged sewage pipes
e) damaged waterlines
f) garbage dump
g) road assets theft
h) dead animals and many more…
An inbuilt automated virtual control room will alert the officer concerned through this Municipal Administration App. The officer concerned would be able to view the exact location and complete complaint details lodged by the citizens. After taking necessary actions towards the lodged complaint officer can close the complaint through this application. Automated messaging system will trigger immediately after any changes in the work progress from starting point to end of the work. If the lodged complaint is not relevant to the auto assigned department, through this app, the officer concerned can transfer the complaints to other departments also who is responsible for solving / handling the lodged complaint. If the lodged complaint does not get resolved within the given time same will be escalated to higher lever officers through this app.
