Neutron Audio Recorder (Eval)

* Monitor mode: pressing small Record button or when no session is started will put recorder into a monitoring mode, e.g. RMS, Waveform and Spectrum are active but output file is not filled with data.
* Full SAF source support (also for write access for SD).

!!! Note !!! Google Play requires targeting Android 11+ for all new updates. It enforces Scoped Storage and blocks standard file access. To access folder with records re-create source entry using SAF as described here:
