OneBag: Travel Packing Lists

• Added item image thumbnails and image viewer.
• Added option to list items by bag rather than by category.
• Added an 'exclude from inventory' checkbox to the item editor so you can add things like food etc to a packing list without them showing in the inventory.
• Separated 'reason for removal' note from the item note. In an effort to avoid any data loss, existing removed items may show duplicate note text after updating.
• Added ability to create a new packing list directly from a template.
