No current computing power could have an impact to decrypt the message. The message is encrypted even if the network would fail for whatsoever reason. Thirdly, decentralization ensure a live backup and therefore ensures the message immutability. Currently, the implemented blockchain technology cater for signing but not encryption and have just a half-baked decentralization. And with no implementation of decryption - the security of the network must rely on hash power.
