Support for DrivePGP service app (see Google Play store) to utilize Google Drive cloud storage.
Added settings to enable/disable automatic save to Google Drive.
SEND action supports Gmail, Drive and DrivePGP.
Show note cache for each folder - on index heading and action screens.
Added left-hand/right-hand nav buttons to viewer and action screen.
Enabled more options for the PhotoPGP Demo Edition (zip, encrypt).
