Redesigned from the ground-up, the new Plus3 app offers convenient options to log and track your health and fitness activities via your phone’s pedometer, GPS, our free form entry option and our healthy habits checklist.

We also now show ALL of your healthy actions and fitness accomplishments in the Activity Feed along side those of your friends to encourage one another to greater levels of health and fitness.

On top of that, leaderboards include filters for date and friendship level to add a bit of competitive fun to your day.

Lastly, clicking on a friend now shows their public feed and a few more interesting stats.
