* Resolved an issue where only one paragraph was loaded.
* Resolved an issue where incorrect verse reference was shown on the title bar when in the Front Matter.
* Eliminate "wiggling" of the text while page buffers are being loaded.
* Don't let the user scroll above the title page.
* Honor the "screen timeout" setting in more activities than just reading, searching, and downloading.
