PPP Widget 2 (discontinued)

- Fixed problem with network notification in case of only one DNS server
- New modem structure output in USB log
- Removed driver unbind option, turned out to be redundant.
- Attention: new Huawei modems come without PPP ports (3272, 3372 and others)
