- Minor fixes.
- Enabled Push Notifications so we can notify users of important updates in the future. This can be turned off in device settings.

To support Push Notifications, requests are being made for the following Permissions:

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
GET_ACCOUNTS
RECEIVE
C2D_MESSAGE
