You can Lock(Hibernate) apps, CPU(processor) frequency and some settings like WIFI, Bluetooth, Sync, Data Connection, etc. The app is divided into the following 3 parts:

Application Lock(Hibernate Apps)

In this apps that run in background are detected and you can select the apps you want to hibernate / disable when the screen is OFF.

Processor (CPU) Lock

Limit the frequency & voltage of processor to the lowest when the screen is OFF.

Settings Lock

Disable settings like Bluetooth, Data Connection Wi-Fi & Sync when the screen is OFF.
