New Features/Enhancements:
1. Added the Date Created filter to the list of existing Case Filters
2. Added a field ‘Customer Appointment Approval’ for the MSP Users to approve or reject
3. The Add Worker Appointment will now have an option to enter Reason for Deviation
4. Job Instruction screen will now display job-specific instructions
5. The Calendar and Case Messaging Console screens will now have Menu (three horizontal bars) icon instead of Back button.
