Sign Language Interpreter

Sign Language Interpreter will convert signs from ASL and ISL to appropriate text and audio. This is a research project, we are still in alpha stage. > OpenCV Manager is required to run this app.

> App is best viewed with 4.5inch screen and above

> Minimum 1 GB RAM is required for seamless running of app.

> For best result use white background to test the app.

> App is built for 4.0.3 Android OS and above

Instructions to use our app :

Open the app and press on any of the buttons ( eg. A Sign or B Sign ). Hold your phone with your left hand. Make a sign with your right hand as shown in the figure on the right top corner, having the white background facing the phone camera. Thats it, our app recognizes your hand and shows which sign you are making.
