SmartWoundCare

SmartWoundCare is a prototype healthcare application used to assess and track chronic wounds, turning paper-based form filling into electronic medical records. It adds some useful functionality to make the lives of healthcare workers slightly easier, and ultimately is intended to improve healthcare workers experience and allow for better tracking of wounds by automatically generating wound histories in several formats. The app is used to assess and track pressure ulcers only, and makes use of the Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing (PUSH) tool, Bates-Jensen tool, and Braden Scale.
