The demographics box has been streamlined on several screens. By default the demographics box will display the patient's Name and NHS Number/Hospital Number and can be expanded to show full demographic details. The full demographics box will still always be displayed on the Patient Overview and Obs Chart screens.

You will be able to tap on entries on the obs chart to view the journal entry for that set of observations.
