1.Fixed some crash problem.
2.We forcely require User to turn on the GPS while they are connecting a device.
The reason we do that：
---Almost newer phone (Android OS Version above 7.0) requires the permission of GPS location to search BLE device.
---Without this GPS turning on, user just can't searching any devices. We are received a lot of feedback about this.
---So we decide to pop up the GPS settings page when user isn't turn on the GPS.
