Text effects can now be tuned with the settings their designer built in: turn a sphere, spread a glow, recolour the layers of an effect, all from the new Effect tab. The editor also stops offering the controls an effect already draws itself, so what you see is what that effect can really do. Plus a stability fix for designs that use an imported font.
