New Features:
• Elevation data is now being collected from GPS receivers
• The accuracy of lat/long and elevation is now displayed
• Added entry distance offset allows for a non-zero start point
• Added separation distance from utility to bore

• Profile view includes drill bit/reamer size to better avoid utilities
