Android Website downtime monitoring utility:

Android App to get notifications when website is offline or having some trouble.Add unlimited websites to check for downtime.

You can configure app to

Enable or Disable notifications,Enable or Disable notification sound.

By default app will check for websites every 15 minutes, but you can configure it to check when you want it to check.

Minimum network consumption, it will check for 0kb file located on your server.

Note: you need to add blank check.html file on your server in order to use this app.
