Version 3.4.4 now brings new interval types to your workouts. Ramped intervals, automatic self-adjusting power during your intervals and we have also added *mixed-mode* or *slope* based intervals directly in the workout definition. These new features allow a even broader selection and capability during your workouts and ways to make them even better for your indoor and outdoor training.
We've also introduced an experimental YouTube video playback.
