App now supports periodic sync to 360 Care cloud in about every two hours for selected OMRON connect BP monitors such as HEM-7600T with the automatic upload feature. Pair then forget, BP readings will be automatically synced to the 360 Care cloud combined with PHRs from supported wearable together to create a holistic view of personal health conditions.
