- Applied high-resolution icons to the add/edit screen and changed some UI elements.
- Updated the UI for the drive file manager.
- Added the capability to add and change accounts in the drive file manager.
- Improved search speed.
- Fixed a bug where changes were not reflected when values were entered manually while registering a notification for a Google Calendar event.
