School parents are required to raise concern, alert and exchange under warranty request through this mobile app. This tool helps the school administration department to keep an eye on uniform vendor's quality check. Parents don't have to follow up for the exchange, as exchanges are done at doorsteps and even delivery boy has access to a mobile app to verify details at the pick-up time.
