Bracket Forge is a properly built tournament management app for organizing competitions of almost any shape, not a bare single-bracket toy. You create a tournament, add your participants — players or teams — and choose the format that fits: a knockout playoff bracket (single or double elimination), a round-robin group stage where everyone plays everyone, a combined format with group stages feeding into a playoff bracket, or a full Swiss-system tournament that pairs competitors of similar records each round without eliminating anyone. Each format is handled correctly, with the real logic behind it rather than just a static diagram.

The depth is in getting the details right. Group stages compute standings automatically from entered results — wins, losses, draws, points, and the tiebreakers that decide who advances. Elimination brackets seed participants, advance winners automatically, and in double-elimination track both the winners' and losers' brackets through to the final. The Swiss system pairs each round based on current scores, avoids rematches, and tracks the tiebreak metrics that Swiss events depend on, so you can run a genuine multi-round Swiss without spreadsheets. Combined tournaments carry qualifiers cleanly from the group phase into the knockout stage.

As results come in, everything updates live — standings recalculate, brackets fill forward, and the tournament progresses from opening round to a crowned champion, all editable if a result needs correcting. You can run and save multiple tournaments at once, come back to an event in progress, and review completed ones. It's built to feel like a real organizer's tool: clear bracket and table views you can navigate and zoom, proper handling of byes and odd participant counts, and locally saved tournaments that persist on the device.
