Broadcastify Police Scanner

Our first update of the Broadcastify app includes:
- New and improved dark color scheme based on customer feedback
- Added browse feeds near my location
- Added search feed by name / location
- Fixed player status/listeners automatic update timing
- Fixed bug in Android player not exiting properly
- Implemented changes for future enhanced push notification support
- reduction in the amount of full screen ads
