a. It is always advisable to talk and explain when an emergency situation is faced, however PANIC button to be pressed only when it is not possible to talk due to medical emergency or on facing a situation where making a call is difficult.

b. Do not forget to inform if you press the PANIC button by mistake.

c. Raise alert on only such observations which may impact personal or business safety/ security.
