It is in compliance with Real Estate Regulation Act ( RERA) of India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Dubai & South Korea. Bills, Receipts, Ledgers, Notices, Resolutions, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Statement etc. can be delivered by email apart from sending SMS alert to members for their outstanding dues.

Even individual member or flat owner or apartment owner can view his Bills, Receipt, Audit Report, Balance Sheet, Notices, Resolutions and Statement of Account ONLINE. Chartered Accountants and Govt. Certified Auditors has separate provision to maintain their portfolios. We maintain 10 years data storage ONLINE electronically.
