Color Detector and Tracking app let you detect color in live camera feed .It detects color on basis of intelligent HSV color detection algorithm then shows the RGB values of detected object on the screen .

Color detector and tracking app also works as a object counter differentiated by colors .All you have to do is to point the camera towards the objects that you want to count.

At the core it operates on the top of Opencv for android. Opencv computer vision library manages the color and track on live camera feed in real time .
