1. Fixes for prediction. Game must be more smoothly now.
2. Disabled force theme changing in launcher for 4.0-4.4
3. Updated touch profilies.
4. Fix DeathMsg and SayText position when spectating
5. Fix auto hud_scale for very small screens. Again.
6. Fix appearing hostage in null origin on radar.
7. Fix SayText message to allow dead players chatting when local player is dead too.
