CSO Legal Manual

The mobile application CSO Legal Manual will enable local CSOs, international NGOs and foreign donors to find answers to their questions related to laws and regulations governing civil society in Bangladesh. This will enable users to access information contained in the “Legal Manual for Civil Society Organizations in Bangladesh”. More specifically, mobile app users will find answers to questions relating to the various civil society organizational types, including societies, trusts and non-profit companies. Mobile app users will be able to search for information relating to registration, governance, access to funding and taxation, among other issues. The information in the app will be available through a Q&A format and will provide access to various prescribed forms important for the operation of CSOs in Bangladesh. Users can change language in English or Bangla. Once anyone downloads the app, the content will be available even without internet access.
