DU Shuttle

Universal Orlando is providing a mobile app to enhance the guest experience. The app provides the following functionality:

- Vehicle Location / Tracking - the ability to select current and destination locations that will display individual buses and stop locations on a viewable map.

- Arrival / Departure Schedules – provide information regarding departure and predictive arrival times for buses.

- Universal Orlando – a direct link from the mobile app to the mobile Universal Orlando web site that provides park information and Universal Partner Hotel benefit information.

- Guest Comments / Feedback – a direct link that allows guests to give direct feedback on the level of service being provided by Universal Orlando.
