E4 Realtime

Empatica Realtime is a research application that allows you to visualize live physiological signal data from the Empatica E4 wristband. Empatica Realtime stores streamed data and automatically backs up data to your Empatica Connect account after the streaming session is completed.

In order to use this app, you need a compatible Empatica research device such as an E4 wristband. The Realtime app does not work with the Embrace watch. If you want to know more, please contact Empatica at [email protected], or check our website www.empatica.com/e4-wristband

The Realtime app allows you to visualize the following physiological parameters from the E4's onboard sensors:

• Blood-volume Pulse (BVP) waveform and current heat-rate

• Electrodermal Activity (EDA) waveform and current skin conductance level

• Accelerometer state

• Peripheral temperature
