EARTH ATR is an action and monitoring tool to work on 1. NON MRI exception cases where MRI is not possible due to various reason , Via this portal concerned Officers will take corrective measures against exception cases so to meet 100 % MRI base billing . 2. MRI exception ( where there is Possibility of electricity theft is acute ) are reported so that corrective measures should be taken and theft cases to be assessed and realized. 3. MRI rejection cases are flagged that to be resolved by concerned officers , so that Manual billing process ( offline billing) should be eliminated and all Consumer should be billed in MRI .
