This app also provides portion of Indian Evidence Act and Information Technology Act relevant to electronic evidence. This app contains the relevant portion of the landmark judgements on electronic evidence. More than twenty five judgements have been discussed. Four important criminal cases which depends wholly on electronic evidence have also been discussed. The app is connected with a YouTube video which related to electronic evidence. The may provide an overall idea of electronic evidence which is the most important evidence in today's world.

The latest landmark judgement of Supreme Court of India clarifies whether Certificate u/s 65B of Indian Evidence Act is mandatory or not for proving electronic evidence in Court.
