Remote Access is an application developed by Ericsson to provide video/audio conferencing, screen recording, screen capture, and cloud-based storage along with the additional functionality of “automatic” checklists, real-time bookmarking, searchable hyperlinked table of contents, annotated screen captures, hyperlinks to supplemental material.

Ericsson's employees, suppliers and customers can use the software as a way to connect and conduct sessions for VPWs and other meetings.

This release introduces bug fixes for issues related to cameras not turning on after joining a session and multiple video feeds found in version 1.7.6.

• Burn GPS Coordinates with Date and Time Stamp into a Photo when uploading from mobile.
• Mobile app upload for VSS/VCOP video snippets.
• Notifications sent to Host and/or Alternate host when a mobile user uploads a file to a VSS/VCOP checklist row.
