Your Participant Communication Manager is intended to help communicate information to you before they have to call FEBCO.

The supported information are:

1. balance of your account;

2. end of year reminder;

3. contribution year to date;

4. debit card transaction year to date;

5. claim entered and many more.

NOTE:

• Ability to edit billing address *

• Ability to update billing address *

• Ability to report card lost stolen *

• Ability to order replacement card *

• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *

• Ability to pay provider directly from app *

• Ability to add healthcare expenses for future payment

• Ability to view expenses added through eClaims manager
