Fit Owl: workout game

You control a flying owl by doing exercises, running and squatting - and you become healthier and get fit with no equipment! Fit Owl transforms your boring cardio workout into a fun and exciting experience.

In Fit Owl you control the game using your body movements (while handling the smartphone in your hands): run to accelerate the Owl or squat to gain height. Therefore you just have to do a small workout in a real-time to play this game!

Each action your Owl does, spends some of her energy, which is limited. There are two ways to replenish her energy level: either Owl's own metabolism will slowly generate energy out of her body mass, or Owl may eat something tasty she meets on her way. In the latter case though, there is a challenge: if she ate too much, the surplus food eaten will be converted into her body weight!

Your Owl has a dream - to fly as high as no bird ever had, but that, obviously, requires her to lose some weight. Only you can help her fulfil the dream when there are so many great tasty things around.

Once you are familiar with the game mechanics, you can win in about 3-5 minutes if you want it, which makes a perfect time for a small workout. But actually t's almost entirely up to you how long to play till the win. Strive for a higher score or do speed-runs - your cardio in-game workout can be completed anywhere, at any time.
