Glass Widgets

It's been many years since the last update. This is my attempt to catch up:

* Widget resizing and scrolling
* Totally new settings screen
* The four old widgets has been replaced with just two: Large and small. They can be configured to show content from all of the old widgets in any combination you wish

Thanks for all the feedback on version 3.0. Version 3.1 contains a lot of tweaks and fixes based on the feedback. If you have trouble with the upgrade then read the FAQ in the app description.
