Temporary skip fingerprint/passcode verification for Samsung and Meizu devices during checkin.
Fixed various performance issues for Android 6.

Known Issue:
- Crash "Bluetooth Share has stopped": Android system bug, this affects all app using BLE including GTRIIP.
