-Enhanced the notification to include the Hukumnama
-Enhanced the Hukumnama view to show on top at home screen.
-Now one can cancel the Hukumnama screen by pressing the back button or swiping on the screen.
-Added new pictures for wallpaper.
-Fixed the problem related to Hukumnama not showing sometimes. It may take time to download, depending upon the internet speed, but will surely show.
