* Fixes remote access onion web server "fails to start" problem

From before:
- New Camera Sensitivity configuration
- Limit notifications by time (every "X" minute)
- Password now *required* to enable remote access web server
- Support for working on non-telephone tablet devices, and w/o touchscreen (TVs, chromebooks)
- Better linking between monitor UI and running background service (in case of crash)
- Improvements to running in background
- Lot's of other great UI improvements!
